I can't beleive that we were both down in SD at the same time either. That would have been so fun to see you guys. Bean still talks about Izzy (and about the ice cream sandwiches that she apparently had once when she came over, LOL!)

Re-Doing the tile, is actually really easy.. Just slightly time consuming! But if you know someone with a wet saw, or rent one.. after that, it is as easy as pie! ;)
