Izzie's been getting a lot of mileage out of our driveway hoop lately. I love watching her and Erick play and can hardly believe I have kids old enough to really get into the game. I love the following action shots - the dribbling one was just lucky, but check out the shooting one. It's such a funny picture jackknifed with her legs out, but you can see how she really puts everything she has into every shot! That's so true to her personality.
So, a funny Izzie-ism today to finish off. I had given her a bite of my chocolate pudding pop today and as we were getting ready to go out tonight I noticed she still had a real chocolate moustache. Incredulous not only on how long it had lasted, but at how messy she was, I asked her how she'd managed to get chocolate all over face with one tiny bite of popsicle, to which she just looked at me and said "Mom, well, it's complicated." I'm still giggling. :-) I love you, Izzie Rose!
