Audrey-isms

I love this girl - she says the funniest things and is such good company during the day when the older kids are off to school! This morning our conversation went something like this:

Audrey (singing from her room) "Ma-a-a-a-a-m-y! I'm out of underwear aga-a-a-a-i-n!"
Mom walks in there. "Audrey, I think we need to work on your potty training. You were doing really well last year but it seems like you kind of forgot how to do it. Are things okay?
Audrey, thinking. "Well, mom, it's like my pee says 'hey! let's all go now!' and then it just comes out really really fast!"
"Maybe we just need to have you try to go more often, or maybe you just need to pay more attention the very first time you feel you need to go, instead of waiting."
"Yeah, maybe mom. How 'bout we talk about that after we get back from Costco."
"Well, looks like they don't open until 10, so we have a little bit of time here, first."
Audrey gets really excited - "You mean we have time for doo-doo-doo-doo-dah-Dora? Yay!!!"

She IS adorable!

But maybe next time she's out of underwear, you get out the diapers. Or teach her how to do the laundry? That might make her try just a little harder?
