Leave it to Aunt Tamra to make every summer fun for the little ones. Jacob, Oscar, and Henry were visiting this month with their lovely mother Marsha, and for a full week the kids were in paradise with swimming lessons and playmates every day! Jacob is really a fish, and the time he spends in the Arizona pools was well-noted, but I was thrilled with Erick's progress, as well! Izzie and Oscar mostly watched, as neither seemed completely prepared for the experience, but I'm sure next year will be a different story. We've spent some time at "Grandpa's Lake" since then (Scofield) and Erick is always bitterly disappointed with my requirement he wear a life jacket in the lake, because he is unable to put his face in the water and swim. The rule won't change anytime soon, but secretly I'm delighted he loves the water so much. They all had so much fun!
